The Space Between: Restorative Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Join Paige & Bri for our second immersive Restorative Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, an afternoon devoted to deep rest, reflection, and presence.

  • Rooted in the wisdom of the deep winter , this offering honors the natural rhythms of life—the cycles of slowing down, turning inward, and listening. Winter invites us into stillness, not as emptiness, but as a fertile ground for awareness, integration, and renewal. We gather the heart of Winter when the body and earth are still resting yet preparing for change.

You’ll be guided by Paige through supported restorative postures, allowing the body to soften and fully receive while Bri weaves the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls throughout the practice. Together, sound and stillness create space to witness sensations, emotions, and inner landscapesas they arise.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply nourished—aligned with the quiet wisdom of the season.

Family Yoga & Sound Healing

This all-ages Family Yoga & Sound Healing class is a playful, nurturing space for families to move, breathe, and connect together.


We’ll begin with gentle movement and yoga games designed to invite curiosity, laughter, and ease. Families will have the opportunity to try simple partner poses, explore movement together, and build trust through shared experience. The focus is not on doing poses “right,” but on being together in a supportive, lighthearted way.

Throughout the class, we’ll weave in gentle, age-appropriate practices that support connection, emotional safety, and the ability to move through big moments together
through breath, touch, and presence. These are tools you can take home and use in everyday moments of stress, transition, or overwhelm. We’ll close with a soothing crystal bowl sound healing session, inviting everyone to rest,
receive, and settle. Children are welcome to lie down, sit, wiggle, or cuddle up with their grown-ups as the sound gently supports relaxation and regulation.


This is a space where:
• all ages are welcome
• energy levels are honored
• feelings are allowed
• and connection comes first

Move, play, rest together.

About Bri and Levi:

Bri Cummins is the founder of High Desert Healing and a trauma-informed yoga teacher

who is passionate about creating gentle, supportive spaces for healing and connection.

Levi Cummins is her 11-year-old son and co-teacher, offering curiosity, play, and a

child’s perspective that helps make this class feel welcoming and real for kids. Together,

they teach from the heart and from lived experience as a family.

After 800 hours of training with Michele Lawrence and Inner Peace Yoga Therapy and extensive study with Ruby Jo Walker and Southwest Trauma Training, Emily is now offering virtual and soon in-person support centered around:
