Our Classes

*ALL CLASSES ARE HEATED

*ALL LEVELS OF YOGA EXPERIENCE WELCOME.

Vinyasa translates into flow, or to sync breath with movement. Our Vinyasa Classes are creative and challenging with the option to up-level or down-level as needed. Practicing this mindful movement in heat aids the muscles to stretch and strengthen within their full range of motion. Heat improves circulation and metabolism as well as working the cardiovascular system. Sweating also helps in feeling a cleansing of body and rejuvenation of the skin. Each class will have its own flare and style depending on the teacher teaching it. Come ready to sweat and experience dynamic movement fun!

Hot Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa

Hot Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa is a creative and playful presentation off the Ashtanga Vinyasa system taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The sequence and pace of class take into account, integrate and use the heat as a benefit in exploring this practice. Holding true to a lineage based, time-tested practice, this class recognizes that Yoga is an imperial and evolving science that meets each practitioner exactly where they are in the moment. These classes will support you in a moving, breathing meditation as we weave in and out of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system of postures. Yoga props and posture breakdowns will be creatively presented in class as learning tools to integrate the practices into our mind-bodies and lives.

Hot Dynamic Vinyasa emphasizes synchronizing breath with movement, and getting into areas of the body that are often overlooked. In this class you will link postures together that are dynamic, and encourage the participant to lean into a “flow state” like a river or dance.   This is a practice that is physically challenging, mentally engaging and offers modifications to ensure that everyone feels welcome. These flows change monthly, often incorporating postures that were practiced the prior month with a fun and sometimes out of the box playlist. Show up with an open mind and a playful spirit.

Hot Dynamic Vinyasa

Your teacher will lead you through a well rounded Hatha class that offers the more traditional hot yoga style. This class will follow a regular sequence that becomes familiar to students but allows for modifications and variations at the students' discretion. Each teacher offers the same sequence using their teaching expertise and unique voice and instruction. This sequence blends strength, flexibility, balance, physical and mental stamina in one session while offering an incredible cardiovascular workout. This sequence is restorative and healing and has been shown to offer relief in many diseases including the following: Rheumatoid Arthritis, depression, and substance addiction. The Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine Journal published the following regarding this style of yoga: "According to published literature, Bikram yoga has been shown to improve lower body strength, lower and upper body range of motion, and balance in healthy adults. Non-RCTs report that Bikram yoga may, in some populations, improve glucose tolerance, bone mineral density, blood lipid profile, arterial stiffness, mindfulness, and perceived stress."

Warm, Gentle Prop Restorative

Restorative Yoga is an accessible practice for all abilities because of its gentle and calming nature. Restorative poses help relieve the stress brought on by our daily lives. This class incorporates spinal movement, inversions, and the use of props such as bolsters, straps, and blocks to allow for deep relaxation. Each restorative sequence is designed to help sooth the nervous system and release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. The work of this gentle and nourishing practice improves range of motion and joint mobility.

Warm Yin/Restorative

Yin/Restorative is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.  Most stretches and poses are mat-based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. Props such as bolsters, straps, blocks, are used throughout the entire practice. This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness.

Hot Slow Flow

Hot Slow Flow is a heated Vinyasa practice for those who want to enjoy a slower paced class while still getting a sweat. Hot Slow Flow encourages the use of blocks and straps to explore new spaces in the body through a mindful lence. Hot Slow Flow resembles a traditional Vinyasa practice with added focus on alignment and connection between the body, mind, and breath.

Hot Primal Flow

Primal flow offers the re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us!

Primal flow blends traditional Vinyasa with Buti Yoga techniques and philosophy to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for mind, body, & Soul! Primal Flow uses a formula and science to sequencing with creativity while maintaining structural integrity. This format works with anatomical principles to bring dynamic, primal, and intuitive movement to life!

In this class find elements of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Salutation Variations (breath guided flow sequences), Challenging & Grounding asana sequences, Vibrational Shaking (Shaking Medicine/Facia Disturbance), Tribal Dance, Grounding Deep Stretching Poses and Calming Savasana Meditation.

These elements allow the breath to be the medicine for the mind, the movement to be the medicine for the body, and stillness to be medicine for the soul.

What does Primal mean to you?
